Trauma Therapy

Past experiences can leave deep imprints, shaping how you see yourself, your relationships, and the world around you. Trauma therapy provides a safe space to process those experiences without becoming overwhelmed. My approach blends nervous system regulation, relational healing, and practical strategies to help you feel more grounded, resilient, and in control.

Couples Therapy

Every relationship faces challenges, and it’s normal to feel overwhelmed at times. Couples therapy provides a supportive space to navigate difficulties and strengthen your connection. Common areas addressed include communication, conflict resolution, trust, intimacy, parenting, sexual concerns, and life transitions. Whether dealing with infidelity, past relationship trauma, or general stagnation, couples counseling can help partners grow together and build a healthier, more fulfilling relationship.

Maternal Mental Health and Motherhood

You deserve support that sees the whole you.
These 1:1 sessions are a collaborative space where we explore your emotions, challenges, and goals at a pace that feels right for you. Whether you’re feeling stuck, anxious, burned out, or just tired of doing it all alone—therapy can help you reconnect with yourself.

What we might work on:

No matter where you’re starting, therapy provides a safe place to process, learn, and move forward at your own pace.

  • Anxiety & overwhelm
  • Depression & low self-worth
  • Perfectionism and people-pleasing
  • Setting and maintaining boundaries
  • Navigating identity
  • Managing guilt and self-doubt
  • Healing generational wounds
  • Rediscovering yourself with life changes

Navigating Motherhood

Motherhood often brings joy, but also changes with your identity, emotional weight, and mental load. You might feel like you’ve lost yourself in motherhood. I’m here to support you through postpartum challenges, mom guilt, and the pressure to “do it all.”

Topics we might explore:

  • Postpartum anxiety, “blues” or depression
  • Navigating identity shifts as a mother
  • Balancing parenting roles
  • Coping with pressure to be the “perfect mom”
  • Creating space for your needs and self-care

Therapy for Therapists

You need support too. Especially when you are holding your own challenges and trauma history along with those of your clients. Maybe you are in private practice and missing the processing you used to have with regular supervision or coworkers. Or perhaps you are looking for a space to work through your own experiences and need someone who understands how being in a helping position can create vicarious trauma.

I absolutely love working with other therapists in a therapeutic setting. I prioritize the reality that we are whole humans with lives inside and out of our therapy offices and that it can be lonely to compartmentalize.
This is a space where you can bring it all to the table without fear of being judged and with the safety of having complete confidentiality. Compassion fatigue is a very real and very difficult experience. You don’t have to hold it all alone.
